If you contact us via the online form or by e-mail, we will save the information you have provided in order to answer your request and to ask possible follow-up questions. 4. Sharing Your Information

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
5. Instagram and Facebook Messaging
We operate an automated messaging assistant on our Instagram account and Facebook Page. If you send us a direct message, reply to one of our stories, or comment on one of our posts, this section explains what happens to that information.
Replies are triggered by simple keyword matching against the text you send.
What We Receive
When you message or comment, Meta’s platform sends us:
- your platform-scoped user ID — an identifier Meta issues that is unique to our account and cannot be used to identify you anywhere else;
- your public username and, where you have made it public, your display name;
- the content and timestamp of the message, story reply, or comment you sent;
- an email address, only if you choose to send us one in reply to a prompt.
We only receive information that you send directly in your messages, comments, or replies. We do not receive, request, or store your private profile data, or any payment information.
Why We Use It
We use this information for one purpose: to read what you sent and send you a relevant reply. Some replies are automated. For example, if you send a keyword we have set up, our system recognises it and sends the matching resource or answer immediately, at any hour. A person writes other replies. In both cases, the exchange stays between you and us.
Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), specifically responding to your messages and providing requested information.
We also keep a short record of which automated replies were sent to which conversation, so that we do not send you the same thing twice and so that we can diagnose faults.
Opting Out
You can stop automated messages at any time by replying UNSUBSCRIBE in the conversation. We will confirm once and then send you no further automated messages. Opting out of automated messages does not prevent us from replying to you directly, and does not affect your newsletter subscription, which is managed separately.
Deleting Your Data
To have your message history deleted, reply DELETE in the conversation, or contact us through the form on the contact page. We will delete your records within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Deletion includes your message history and any associated automation logs.
You may also revoke our access at any time from Instagram or Facebook under Settings → Apps and Websites.
Relationship to Meta
Our messaging assistant is our own software. It is not provided, endorsed, or certified by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram and Facebook themselves remains governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. We handle data received through Meta’s APIs in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
