109 Law of Assumption Affirmations to Manifest any Desire
Affirmations are all the rage nowadays. People are realizing they can make some serious changes in their lives using them. However, not all affirmations are created equal! Enter the law of assumption. This law helps us understand how affirmations work and how we can make them work for us. So, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty of understanding the law of assumption affirmations.

What’s the Deal With the Law of Assumption?
The law of assumption is a real gem.
It basically says that what we assume to be true about ourselves and the world around us is what we experience.
“Assuming” something means “believing to be true” without proof.
So, if you’re all about negative beliefs and assumptions, guess what?
Negative outcomes, my friend.
But, if you nurture positive assumptions, you’re looking at some seriously good outcomes.
Either way, whatever you assume to be true will become your reality.
This is why you truly are the creator of your own reality.
The law of assumption does not depend on external factors or circumstances, but only on your inner state of being.
Neville Goddard
The legendary mystic Neville Goddard taught this powerful thinking tactic. He firmly believed that what you assume must become your reality.
You see, your outer world only reflects your consciousness.
By imagining yourself as though you’ve already achieved your desires, you give your subconscious mind the instructions to acquire exactly what you want.
You don’t need to know how or when it’s going to happen; just imagine and feel your desired manifestation.

How Powerful Is the Law of Assumption?
The law of assumption is one of the most powerful principles of manifestation because it bypasses the limitations of logic, reason, and evidence.
It does not require any proof or validation from the outside world. It only requires faith and persistence in your imagination.
How Is It Different From the Law of Attraction?
The law of assumption is different from the law of attraction, which states that like attracts like.
The law of attraction expects the universe to deliver, whereas the law of assumption states it already has.

How Do Law of Assumption Affirmations Work?
They work by instructing our subconscious mind to create our desired reality.
You see:
When we’re using the law of assumption in tandem with affirmations, we’re not just affirming. We are assuming that our desired manifestation is already real.
So, this means:
We are affirming from the state of already having our desired outcome, not just thinking of it.
By repeating affirmations in this way, we’re triggering our positive intentions and feelings. We’re creating the internal state of mind of the person who already has our desire.
Pretty cool, right?
How Are the Law of Assumption Affirmations Better?
I’m often asked about the difference between the law of assumption affirmations and what people usually refer to as “regular” affirmations.
To clarify, it depends on how you define “regular.” If you mean simply reciting affirmations mindlessly, then the difference is significant.
In my opinion, the right way to do affirmations is to practice the law of assumption affirmations. Whenever I discuss affirmations, I always refer to this version.
Let me explain:
Affirmations that you mindlessly repeat without intention or awareness, they’re just words. So they don’t really connect with your inner beliefs and feelings. They might sound nice, but they don’t have the power to truly shift your reality.
It’s like shouting into the void, you know?
On the other hand, the law of assumption affirmations require that you assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled, and think and feel as if it is already true. So, you aren’t just mindlessly parroting words.
You are reinforcing those beliefs and creating a strong foundation for manifesting your desired outcomes.
Do You Have to “Truly Believe” to Manifest Something You Want?
This is another question I get asked a lot.
And the answer is:
You have to believe in it while you are imagining it. If you do that often enough, you will gradually start to believe in your desired manifestation all the time.
In other words, your new belief will sink into your subconscious thanks to the power of repetition and intense emotion. It’s how we manifest everything anyway.
Manifest Using Law of Assumption Affirmations
To craft powerful law of assumption affirmations, follow the 5 P’s rule:
- Past or present tense: They should state what we want as if it is already happening or has already happened, not as something that will happen in the future. For example, instead of saying “I will be rich,” say “I am rich.”
- Positive: They should state what we want, not what we don’t want. For example, instead of saying “I don’t have any debt,” say “I am financially free,” or “I have more than enough money.“
- Personal: They should state what we want for ourselves, not for others. For example, instead of saying “He loves me,” say “I am loved.” You can, of course, use both options for greater effect. Just make sure to include the “I am” form as well.
- Precise: They should state what we want in specific, clear terms, not vague or general terms. For example, instead of saying “I am satisfied,” say “I am satisfied with my job, my family, and my health.”
- Powerful: They should state what we want with confidence and enthusiasm, not with doubt or hesitation. For example, instead of saying “I hope I get the promotion,” say “I have the promotion.”
To use this manifesting method, you should follow these 5 steps:
- Decide what you want to manifest. Be clear and specific about your desire. Write it down or say it out loud.
- Create affirmations that match your desire. Use the guidelines above to craft a positive, past or present tense, personal, precise, and powerful statement that reflects your desired outcome.
- Repeat your affirmations daily. Say it out loud or in your mind several times a day, preferably in the morning and at night before you go to sleep. You can also write it down or record it and listen to it.
- Feel the emotion of your affirmations. As you repeat, imagine that it is already true and feel the emotion that it brings you. Feel the joy, gratitude, love, or whatever emotion you associate with your desire.
- Act as if your affirmations are true. Behave and speak as if you already have what you want. Don’t contradict your positive statements with negative thoughts or words. Don’t let any doubts or fears stop you from living from the state of your desire fulfilled.
